VIVA_EASTPART relies on a comparative analysis of cultural systems, instruments, experiences and procedures used throughout Europe, providing project partners with an approach to long term planning and cultural policy making that has already been put to the test. Such instruments are to be adapted to the specific context of each region (Hârtibaciului Valley - Romania, Cahul District - Republic of Moldavia, Tavush Region - Armenia), according to VIVA_EASTPART methodology.
